This privacy policy is applicable to the Footy Brainiac app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Vladimir Caramalac (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not require any user registration or account creation to be utilized. The Service Provider does not collect any personal information that you manually enter, as there are no forms or profile creations within the Application.
What information does the Application collect automatically and for Advertising?
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID (such as IDFA for iOS), the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party advertising and analytics services that collect, process, and track data to deliver personalized advertisements based on your interests, provided that you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline permission, these services will only serve non-personalized ads.

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Apart from the automated third-party advertising and monetization SDKs mentioned above, the Service Provider does not share, sell, or disclose your data to any other third parties. The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information only as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also manage or revoke your advertising tracking permissions at any time through your iOS system settings.
What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?
The Service Provider and integrated third-party SDKs will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you have any questions or requests regarding data deletion, please contact the Service Provider at ricus900@gmail.com.
How does the Application address children's privacy?
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained.
